The SAFETEE Suite is SAFETEE GmbH’s software platform for health, safety and environment on projects. It grows out of what our HSE managers and coordinators have been doing on construction sites since 2013 – and makes it digital: identify, assess and document hazards, track actions, show key figures. The first module is the digital LMRA with AI assessment of site photos. The further tools – HIRA, Ready-To-Go-Check, SAFETEE Index, Performance Monitor – are part of our project work today and grow into the Suite step by step.

The last-minute risk analysis before work starts is mandatory on every construction site – and usually a piece of paper. Our LMRA turns it into a photo: capture, check the AI assessment, sign. Live, with access protection and demo mode.
The app evaluates the photo fully automatically: identified hazards, risk estimate with sliders, recommended measures. In expert mode you adjust every assessment.
Every LMRA is generated as a PDF in SAFETEE design – with photos (persons anonymised, use only by opt-in per photo), assessment, measures and signature of those involved.

Predict the hazard potential before construction starts. Developed on a scientific basis at the University of Wuppertal: retrospective data from accidents, near misses and projects is linked with the current conditions of your project – wind, weather, shift length, number of people and companies – and yields a forward-looking assessment per trade. Measures come from the Global Risk Register, each with an effectiveness rating. Meets the requirement for a project-specific risk assessment.

HIRA stands for Hazard Identification & Risk Assessment – a tool for predicting the hazard potential in projects, developed on a scientific basis at the University of Wuppertal. Retrospective data from accidents and projects is linked with current conditions; this yields hazard potential per trade and measures with effectiveness ratings from the Global Risk Register.
Everything that must be in place before a site starts: qualifications of those involved, ground conditions and access, permits, emergency organisation, statutory and client-specific requirements. The check starts in the planning phase; if everything is green it gives the recommendation “Go”. Open items go into execution with priority.
The SAFETEE Index is a key figure for the safety performance of subcontractors and projects, formed from rated deficiencies in relation to project scope. The Performance Monitor is the dashboard for it: configurable views per management level, action log, heatmaps, company comparison, sites on the map.
Access protection per client, dashboard only with access key, photos only after release per capture and with anonymised persons, retention with deletion concept and adjustable periods. Details on hosting and data processing are provided as part of the contract documents.
