The BaustellV obliges the client as soon as employees of several employers work on one site. SAFETEE takes over the implementation, the responsibility stays with you: and you know at all times that it is fulfilled.
For larger sites, to be sent to the competent authority at least two weeks before site setup and displayed visibly. We prepare and submit it.
With several employers, the client must appoint one or more suitable coordinators. Our coordinators meet the requirements of RAB 30.
Plan for the execution phase: trades, timing, hazards, measures. We prepare it during planning and adapt it on site.
Document with the safety-relevant information for maintenance, servicing and conversion after completion. We compile it.

As soon as employees of several employers work on your site, the client must appoint one or more suitable coordinators under § 3 BaustellV. This applies regardless of the size of the site. Only if a single employer carries out all work does the duty not apply.
If the expected duration exceeds 30 working days with more than 20 employees working at the same time, or if the scope exceeds 500 person-days. The prior notice must reach the competent authority at least two weeks before site setup and is displayed visibly on site.
If a prior notice is required, or if particularly hazardous works under Annex II of the BaustellV are carried out and employees of several employers are on site. The plan must exist before site setup and be adapted when things change.
The client violates the BaustellV. Breaches of the prior notice duty and the appointment of the coordinator are administrative offences and can be fined. If an accident occurs, questions of liability may arise. An appointed, qualified coordinator with complete documentation is your proof.
Yes. Under § 4 BaustellV the client may transfer the measures to one or more third parties, for example to SAFETEE. The transfer should be made in writing. The client's basic responsibility remains, we deliver the implementation.
Our coordinators meet the requirements of RAB 30 (rules for occupational safety on construction sites): construction expertise, occupational safety knowledge, coordinator knowledge and relevant professional experience. Many are additionally qualified occupational safety specialists.
This depends on size, construction phase and hazard level. We define the inspection rhythm together with you and document every inspection. During critical phases we increase presence.
Safety coordination fulfils the legal duties of the BaustellV. HSE management on project goes further: HSE concept, inductions, authority management and key figures for the whole project. On request we offer both from one source.
Ideally in the planning phase. The BaustellV already provides for the coordinator there, and an early safety and health plan saves time and rework on site. Joining a running project is also possible.
