Starting point

Our client planned the construction of 16 wind turbines in northern Germany. The challenge: an ambitious schedule under which safety must not suffer. In addition, the project had pilot character for the client, bringing together stakeholders from many departments.

Our task

With the Ready-To-Go check we first verified the legal compliance of the sites and established a shared understanding of safety with all stakeholders. In ongoing HSE management, all safety aspects were communicated openly: positives were reinforced, deficiencies consistently remedied.
